Returns & Exchanges

Every Sonsavor piece is made to order just for you, so we handle things a little differently:

Damaged, defective, or wrong item? We've got you. Email hello@sonsavor.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a free replacement — no return needed.

Wrong size or changed your mind? Because each item is made to order, we can't accept returns for size or change of mind — so please check our size guide before ordering. If the fit's off, reach out and we'll help with a discounted exchange or store credit.

Not covered: wear-and-wash damage, or claims after 30 days.
